A Corporate Governance Improvement Pathway The PGS is composed of 4 phases that guide the corporation through a governance pathway starting with awareness of corporate governance and ending with a sustained governance culture within the corporation. Each phase has two benchmarks which are paralleled by ICD’s services and programs. Prior to enrolling in the PGS, companies undergo a diagnostic for ICD to establish at what level they are relative to the four phases. (Initiation, Compliance, Proficiency, Institutionalization). Institutional Partnership – The Benefits PGS Services As Institutional Partners of ICD, corporations have exclusive access to all programs and services offered in each of the four phases of the PGS. International Expertise In adopting the PGS, corporations will also be able to benefit from expert management services from The Palladium Group Investors Dialogue Institutional Partners will have the opportunity to showcase their CG practices during the next OECD Asian Roundtable (September 2009). Following this, ICD will set up meetings on a bi-annual basis between Institutional Partners and Investors.
