A Corporate Governance Improvement Pathway
The PGS is composed of 4 phases that guide the corporation through a governance pathway starting with awareness of corporate governance and ending with a sustained governance culture within the corporation. Each phase has two benchmarks which are paralleled by ICD’s services and programs.

Prior to enrolling in the PGS, companies undergo a diagnostic for ICD to establish at what level they are relative to the four phases. (Initiation, Compliance, Proficiency, Institutionalization).
