Professional Directors Program

The Institute of Corporate Directors invites you to the Professional Directors Program (PDP) that trains the participants in the collegial role of the board and how the board can add value to the organization and its stakeholders. This program presents effective tools and techniques to assist directors in addressing today’s governance issues as well as benchmarks that enable directors to assess their practices and measure them up against global standards and best practices.

The PDP is facilitated by a team of respected professionals in their field of endeavor and are known to have created much value in the boards where they have served. The core programs are handled by Jesus P. Estanislao, Chairman of ICD and ISA and former Secretary of Finance of the Republic of the Philippines and Cesar Saldaña, Principal, PSR Consulting, Inc. whose expertise include risk management.
