Strategy Design for Directors is a one-day program designed to help Corporate Directors appreciate the strategy map, learn process techniques for setting strategic direction and use the balanced scorecard for performance management.  By the end of the training day, participants will be in a better position to set sound strategic directions, having acquired the know-how to interpret and use these tools.   

This course also prepares directors of Government Owned and Controlled Corporations to comply with GCG's Performance Evaluation System (PES) and the Performance Agreement Negotiation.
